yoshida works ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of users of the mobile application "Dayzy" (the "App") and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App may collect the following data:
- Anonymous access data used for analytics purposes (via Google Analytics)
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or device identifiers.
Handling of Image Data (On-device Processing)
Image editing, compositing, and saving are performed entirely on your device. Image data is not uploaded to our servers or to third-party servers. Saved images are stored in your device’s photo library.
Only when you choose to share, the image is handed over to the app you select as the sharing destination. We do not analyze or collect the contents of your images in this process.

3. Use of Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to analyze app usage. The data collected is anonymous and cannot be used to identify individuals.

We do not provide, sell, or share user data with third parties unless required by law.
5. Security
In using services such as Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) and RevenueCat, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. Data may be processed/stored on servers provided by these vendors, including outside your country.
6. User Rights
Users can stop the collection of usage data at any time by uninstalling the App.
7. Legal Compliance and Rights
We comply with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and applicable laws such as GDPR/CCPA. Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, or object to processing of their information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising settings, measurements, and purchases made by minors using the App.
8. Opt-out and Settings
OS-level advertising settings and Google Analytics opt-out mechanisms may restrict certain measurements. If an in-app measurement toggle is provided in the future, such settings will prevail.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice. Any significant changes will be announced within the App.
